Wholesale Business & Account Registration

Wholesale Nature: A. Bassa & Sons Cc is a wholesale business. Our products and prices are intended for trade customers, retailers, and businesses, not for individual retail consumers.

Account Application: To place orders, you must first register for a trade account. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any application based on our credit and business policy criteria.

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Products, Pricing, and Orders

Product Information: We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes or duties, which will be added at the point of invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Quotations and Orders: Any quotation provided by us is valid for the period stated or, if no period is stated, for 30 days. An order is only deemed accepted by us once we issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Approved Accounts: Payment terms for approved credit accounts are strictly as agreed in writing.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via EFT and bank transfer.

Late Payment: Interest may be charged on any amount overdue at the maximum rate permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold future shipments until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.

Delivery

Delivery Areas: We primarily deliver within KwaZulu-Natal but may service other areas by arrangement. Delivery charges will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Title and Risk: Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. However, title (ownership) of the products shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full for all amounts owed.

Delivery Times: Any stated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Warranties

Returns Policy: Returns will only be accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy, available on request. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a saleable condition. A restocking fee may apply. Returns require prior authorization from us.

Product Warranty: We warrant that our products will conform to their general specifications. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for any defective product is limited, at our option, to replacement of the product, refund of the purchase price, or credit note.

Intellectual Property

The content of this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A. Bassa & Sons Cc or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Please note: Some items might not be in stock and are purchased from different suppliers once payment is made or on confirmation of an order. Please enquire from us if you require information on which items from your order we will be procuring from our suppliers on your behalf.
